Great hotel near Shinjuku
convenient locationsmooth communication
The location is convenient for walk to the Shinjuku center area. I found the site is quiet at night, and it was easy to find the place. Staff members are professional. They were friendly to offer help and did a very good job of handover to each other at different shifts, ensuring smooth communication.

The staff provided excellent support in organizing luggage forwarding to the next hotel. This assistance made the process convenient. I experienced efficient and friendly service throughout my stay, that enhanced my travel.

The hotel had close proximity to a major train station. This station is Shinjuku. I found another one was nearer, but I did not take it since most of my interests required transfers at Shinjuku itself.

the staff were helpful i liked the proximity to the jr line it made getting to the keisei line easy for my trip to narita airport the room was always clean and tidy i appreciated the view of nishi-shinjuku from the 8th floor
the room was quite small but i still enjoyed my stay
